#7th Recipe : Banana cake with sour cream

Yihaa udah agustus aja ya! artinyaa bulan depan saya melepas lajang!
artinyaa harus belajar rapih rapih beres2 rumah. Jadi hari ini saya sok-sok-an rajin beres beres kulkas dan ternyataaa kulkas saya banyak fosilnyaahh
 
Ada pisang yang almost busukkk dan sour cream yang akan expired akhir bulan ini!

Sour Cream adalah heavy cream yang di fermentasikan jadi semacam yoghurt, tp lebih kental karena menggunakan heavy cream instead of milk. Sour ceam biasanya digunakan untuk campuran dipping,  campuran sauce,  frosting, dan tentunya baking.
 
Dalam baking, Sour Cream membuat cake lebih dense dan moist, pas banget untuk bikin banana cake!  Resepnya hasil google (lupa source-nya!) dan definitely this recipe is totally a keeper! hasilnya moist smpe besoknyaa dan manisnya pas.. Resepnya jg mudah, no mixer needed cm butuh whisk dan spatula.



Banana cake with chocolate ganache
 
 
 
 
Resep Banana cake with Sour Cream
 
 
1/2 cup butter, melted
 
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
medium bananas, sliced – 1 Cup
Ganache :
 
1/2 cup Butter – melted di atas kompor , angkat campur dg
1 cup dark cooking chocolate, cincang , dan aduk!
 
ADVERTISE WITH USDirection :
1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2.     In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar  Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream, walnuts and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.Bake at 170 degree celcius -depends on your oven!
3. Once done, top with choco ganache!
